PROGRAM In addition to the business of the Association at the Council Meeting, programs will include: PA Department of Agriculture will brief PSCFO on implementation of the many parts of the recently enacted PA Farm Bill.  Doubtless, industrial hemp and expansion of Organic crop production will be discussed as well.
